If you feel the service you received was not up to your expectations, just let me know within 24-hours and we will discuss what can be done to avoid the same outcome during subsequent cleanings. Or, if you would like, I'll return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.
Please note that I do not provide a guarantee on deep stain removal. Long term stains can be difficult to remove. I will work on these areas if requested, but please keep in mind that these areas can take a lot of time to remove, if possible, and trying to remove them takes time away from my cleaning the rest of your home. A good example would be hard water stains in the bathroom toilet and shower areas that have developed over a long period of time.
What to do before the I arrive:
The best way to prepare for your home to be cleaned is to straighten up and pick up your things, like toys and clothes, as much as possible. That way I can focus my efforts on cleaning up dust and grime. Of course, we can add a general pick up or laundry sorting to your service list if and when you need it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can avoid an unnecessary trip.
