Kathy's Home Cleaning values your home and appreciates your business. For the your benefit and mine, please read the following Policies and Terms.

Kathy's Home Cleaning is a professional house cleaning service that is licensed and insured. I have both a general business license (# 331555) and special business license (631815).

All cleaning supplies, except the vacuum, are furnished by Kathy's Home Cleaning.

I schedule cleanings during the hours 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday. 

Payment for Services
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.
Kathy's Home Cleaning gladly accepts payment in the following forms:
Cash
Personal Check (Please make checks payable to Kathy St. Cyr)
Credit Cards (credit card payments are processed through PayPal)

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please let me know as soon as possible so that I avoid the unnecessary trip.

Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, I cannot offer refunds to customers. However, I do want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why I offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact me within 24 hours of your cleaning.  After we have a chance to talk about it, and you would like me to, I will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

Privacy Policy
I do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other third party.

Extra Services
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact me 48 hours in advance so I may plan for the extra time needed at your home and can give you a quote for the additional services.
